Chicken Breasts In Wine Mushroom-Rice Pilaf is an impressive dinner. Season both sides of chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
Mix vermouth, tarragon and garlic.
Add chicken.
Marinate at room temperature 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Fold chicken pieces in half lengthwise.

Pour marinade on top.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
