Chicken and Dumplings
Chicken And Dumplings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breasts, 2 cans chicken broth, 2 c. milk, 1 c. crisco, melted and 4 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put chicken in large pot and add about 1/2 gallon water; cook until tender.
Remove chicken from broth and let cool; remove from bone.
Reserve broth.
Mix milk, Crisco and flour.
If not thick enough, add a little more flour.
Put broth on stove and add cans of chicken broth; bring to boil.
Add chicken into broth.
Drop dough a teaspoon at a time into broth and cook 10 minutes covered.
