Cathy's Coffee Cake
Cathy'S Coffee Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Make crumbs of above ingredients.
Remove 1 c. and to this add 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 c. chopped nuts.
To the remainder of the crumbs add 1 egg, 1 c. sour cream, and 1 tsp. soda.
Mix and pour into 2 - 8 inch cake pans.
Top with crumbs and bake at 375Β° for 25-30 minutes.
