Carolina Barbecued Chicken
Carolina Barbecued Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, salt and pepper, 1/2 stick butter or margarine, 1/2 c. vinegar and 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Clean chicken and cut off wings.
Split chicken open along middle of breast bone.
Salt and pepper chicken.
Place flat, along with wings, on hot charcoal grill, turning occasionally, until done.
(You can use oven baked, broiled/browned chicken in place of grilled one, but not quite as good.)
