Caesar Salad(Serves 6) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white bread, 1/2 c. softened butter, 2 eggs, 1/3 c. olive oil and 2 to 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Remove crusts from bread and spread butter lightly on each side.
In large skillet over moderate heat. Add a little of the remaining butter.
Brown bread on each side, drain on paper towels and cube.
Eggs slightly.
