Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground chuck, 1 lb. ground pork, 2 large onions, chopped, 2 cloves garlic or 2 tsp. garlic powder and 2 to 3 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix well, except spaghetti sauce and cabbage. Remove core from cabbage. Place cabbage in boiling water until leaves are soft and pliable. Remove each leaf and cut back of center vein so leaves can be folded. Roll 2 tablespoons of meat mixture into cabbage leaf. Put in heavy pot and pour sauce over rolls.
Cover with tight lid and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
