Butterscotch Coconut Cookies
Butterscotch Coconut Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Measure sifted flour; add baking powder and salt and sift together.
Cream shortening; add sugar gradually, creaming thoroughly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla.
Then add flour, a little at a time, mixing well. Stir in cereal and coconut.
Drop from teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
