Sift flour, salt and sugar; set aside.
Bring margarine, cocoa and water to boil.
Pour over flour and sugar mixture; stir quickly.

Pour into the other mixture; beat well.
Bake in a greased and floured pan (15 x 18-inch) for 20 minutes at 350Β°. Five minutes before cake is done, make the Buttermilk Icing.
