Broccoli Soup
Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. margarine, 1/3 c. flour, 4 c. water and 3 tsp. chicken bouillon granules, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, saute onion in margarine for 5 minutes, or until onion is almost tender.
Reduce heat to medium.
Stir in flour until completely blended.
Add water, bouillon, garlic powder and pepper.
Bring to boil; reduce heat to low.
Add broccoli and milk.
Simmer for 10 minutes, or until broccoli is done.
Stir in half and half and cheese until cheese melts.
Serve hot.
