Brick Cake(Sugar-Free)
Brick Cake(Sugar-Free) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. oatmeal, 2 c. whole wheat flour, 2 c. cream of wheat, 1 c. powdered skim milk and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix all dry ingredients, then add the liquid, leaving milk for last to give the right texture.
Add raisins.
Pour into glass baking dishes.
Pour 1/2 to 3/4-inches deep (any deeper and it won't cook inside).
There should be enough to fill 2 glass dishes, depending on size.
I use one 9 x 13-inch and one 9 x 9-inch. Preheat oven to 350Β° and bake until done, 30 to 40 minutes.
(Cut into center and look to see if done.)
Cut into squares when cooled.
