Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and cinnamon sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Break bread to bite size pieces and place in buttered 1 quart baking set aside.
Heat margarine and milk until milk is hot margarine melted.
Do not boil. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla
Add milk mixture to egg mixture, stirring constantly, then pour over bread.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Sprinkle top nutmeg and cinnamon sugar.
Put baking dish in pan of hot water half the depth of dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° about 50 minutes or until set.
