Brandied Steak Mushrooms
Brandied Steak Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced lengthwise, 1 stick butter, seasoning salt, 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce and 1/2 c. brandy, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms in the butter until brown. Sprinkle with the
Seasoning salt. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer until almost all of the sauce is absorbed. Add the brandy and continue to simmer until the mushrooms are tender. Great with steak or roast.
