Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an impressive dessert you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with eggs, to 2 c. buttermilk (i use sweet milk, plus 1 to 2 tsp. vinegar), c. oil, c. raw miller oat bran and c. whole wheat flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Let oat bran soak in liquid ingredients for 5 minutes.
In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients, nuts and dates, then mix in liquid lightly.
Bake in greased (or sprayed with Pam) muffin tins in a 400Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
