Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together the first ingredients in a medium-size bowl. In a small bowl beat egg whites, orange juice, oil and vanilla; add to dry ingredients until just moistened.
Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups (sprayed with nonstick cooking spray) about half full.
At 400Β° for 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before serving.
Makes 36 muffins.
