Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour, 2 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. buttermilk and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Sift 2 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add next 3 ingredients and mix until dry ingredients are dampened. Mix berries with 2 tablespoons flour; fold in berries.
Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in a preheated hot oven (400Β°) for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve hot with lots of butter.
