Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. honey, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Butter a 12-cup muffin pan.
In a small bowl, combine eggs, oil, honey and vanilla.
In a large bowl, combine flour, bran, baking powder and baking soda.
Add eggs, oil, honey and vanilla mixture and stir until mixed.
Blend in blueberries.
Pour batter into buttered muffin pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove pan and cool on a wire rack.
