Blueberry Coffee Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon cake mix, 1/2 c. softened butter, 2/3 c. milk, 2 eggs and 16 oz. blueberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 350° and grease a 9 x 13 pan.
Combine cake mix and butter until crumbly.
Reserve 1 1/4 cups crumbs for topping. To remaining crumbs, add milk and eggs; beat 2 minutes on high. Pour into prepared pan.
Spread berries on top.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
