Berry-Cream Tart
Berry-Cream Tart is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine and lightly beaten egg white, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix flour with sugar in a large bowl.
Cut in margarine until size of peas.
Form with hands into a ball of dough.
Press dough firmly in bottom and up sides of ungreased 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
Brush bottom of pastry with lightly beaten egg white.
Bake on center rack in preheated 375Β° oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
Cool completely, then remove rim.
