Beef Patties Consomme
Beef Patties Consomme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 beef patties, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can consomme, 1 tbsp. parsley, 1 tsp. margarine and 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In skillet, cook beef patties until browned on both sides; drain excess fat.
Add consomme, parsley, margarine and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Combine cornstarch and water, then pour into skillet.
Stir while cooking, to thicken the gravy.
Remove from heat.
Serve over hot rice or creamed potatoes.
