Beef Noodle Casserole
Beef Noodle Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (5 oz.) pkg. fine egg noodles, 1 can mushrooms, drained (if desired), 1/2 c. diced celery, 1/4 c. chopped onions and 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Saute celery, onions and pepper in margarine in a large Dutch oven until tender.
Add beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
Drain.
Stir in mushrooms, corn and the rest of the ingredients.
Add noodles; spoon mixture into a greased deep three-quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered, three minutes or until cheese melts.
