Beef Mushroom Noodle Soup
Beef Mushroom Noodle Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 qt. water, 6 tbsp. beef bouillon, 8 oz. white mushrooms, 1 c. mushroom juice (from canned mushrooms) and 1/2 c. onions, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Chop mushrooms fine. Add chopped onions and pepper.
Cook in pan with butter until tender, about 5 minutes.
Brown ground beef. Add the water and bring to a boil, letting it simmer for about 40 minutes, adding the noodles, spices and mushroom juice for the last 15 minutes of cooking. Serves a large group.
