Crumble bread in milk; add salt and pepper to ground meat. Form into medium balls; place them in a small casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the meat balls.
Bake 45 minutes at 375Β°.

One-half cup of hickory smoked barbecue sauce may be substituted for 1/2 cup catsup.
