Barbecued Brisket
Barbecued Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. brisket, 2 tbsp. liquid smoke, 5 oz. soy sauce, 1 can beef consomme and 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix liquid smoke, soy sauce, consomme, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and barbecue sauce.
Cover brisket with this mixture and marinate overnight.
Bake in same liquid, covered, basting occasionally, in preheated 225Β° oven 6 to 8 hours.
