Barbecue Baked Liver
Barbecue Baked Liver is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. liver, 1/2 c. flour, 1 small onion, sliced, 4 slices bacon and 1 c. barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash liver.
Coat with flour.
Place in nonstick roaster. Place onion over liver.
Lay bacon slices on top.
Pour 1/2 of barbecue sauce over liver.
Bake at 300Β° for 20 minutes.
Turn liver and pour remaining sauce over liver.
Bake for 15 minutes longer.
