Baked Steak
Baked Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 2 or 3 lb. round steak, 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, 2 cans mushroom soup and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pound round steak well.
Cut up in serving pieces.
Dip steak in flour.
Fry steak until brown on both sides.
Place steak in a roaster pan.
Pour (drained) mushrooms over steak.
Pour soup into frying pan.
Add small amount of milk (1/4 cup).
Stir until hot and smooth.
Pour over steak.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serve with rice or noodles.
