Baked Eggplant
Baked Eggplant is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large eggplant, cut into 3/4-inch slices, 1 egg, beaten, bread crumbs, schilling salad supreme seasoning and pam, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dip sliced eggplant in beaten egg; shake off excess, then shake in bag with bread crumbs.
Place on Pam-sprayed cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a liberal coating of Salad Supreme.
Spray tops of eggplant slices with Pam.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle slices with grated Parmesan; bake 15 minutes more.
Serves 4.
