Place first 6 ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer 15 minutes.
Set aside.
Place chicken breasts in baking pan and cover with foil.
Bake 15 minutes.
Remove foil and pour sauce over chicken breasts.
Cover and cook 15 minutes.
Remove cover and cook an additional 40 minutes or until chicken is completely done.
