Aunt Ginny's Cheesecake
Aunt Ginny'S Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 zwieback cookies, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

For shell, grind cookies and combine butter, 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
Press into buttered spring-form pan, bottom and sides.
For mixture, cream 1 cup sugar and cream cheese; add flour, salt, vanilla and beaten egg yolks.
Mix well on medium speed.
Add milk; fold in beaten egg white.
Bake 1 hour at 275° to 300°.
Turn oven off and leave cake in for 1 hour with door closed.
Open the door and leave cake in for another hour.
