Chop 2 artichoke hearts, set aside.

Place remaining artichokes in food processor, purΓ©e.

Set aside.

Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat, add flour, nutmeg and pepper.

Cook 1 minute, stir occasionally.

Gradually add milk, water, bouillon granules and lemon juice, stir occasionally.

Add reserved artichokes and pureed artichokes.

Stir well.

Cook over medium heat, stir occasionally for 10 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.

Garnish each serving with a lemon twist.
