American Fried Rice
American Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 pork chops or chicken cutlets, 5 large stalks celery, chopped, 3 c. cooked minute rice, olive oil, soy sauce and salt to taste and 4 large onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Fry pork or chicken in large pot; set aside.
Saute onions, celery and peppers.
Add chopped (bite size pieces) meat; saute together until done.
Make hole in bottom of pot and drop mixed eggs.
Stir immediately until eggs are cooked.
Add rice, soy sauce and salt; mix well.
