4-Alarm Chili
4-Alarm Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hot italian sausage, 1 large onion, chopped, 4 cloves garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. oil and 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans (undrained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook crumbled sausage, onion and garlic in hot oil until sausage is no longer pink.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients, except Cheddar cheese, sour cream and green onions.
Simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
To serve, top each bowl of chili with Cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream and green onions.
