Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, then add sour cream and dry ingredients that have been mixed together.
Put half of dough in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle half of topping on dough.
Add the rest of dough and put rest of topping on dough.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
