Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. crisco, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. salt and 2 c. plain flour (you will need a little extra), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat the first 4 ingredients on medium until Crisco has melted.
The mixture needs to be warm but not hot.
Remove from heat and mix in 2 cups of flour, yeast and eggs (already beaten). Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
Let rise 1 hour and punch down.
Make out rolls; let rise 30 minutes and bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields 24 rolls, depending on size.
