World Famous Roast Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. eye round roast beef, 6 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. sherry or white wine, 1 tbsp. sugar and 4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Line roaster with aluminum foil with enough excess to wrap roast.
Mix soy sauce, wine, sugar and water.
Stir in onion soup mix.
Pour over roast and wrap in foil.
Cook 4 to 5 hours at 300Β°.
(Makes delicious gravy.)
