Wild Rice Casserole
Wild Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. wild rice, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 c. cut up celery and 2 c. onions, cut in rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Rinse rice well; cook 1 cup wild rice in salted water until tender.
Cook celery and onions until almost tender with margarine.
Butter casserole dish and place rice, celery and onions in alternate layers until gone.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup on top.
Dot generously with margarine.
Place in refrigerator overnight. Bring to room temperature.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
