Wild Blueberry Muffins
Wild Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat to 425Β°.
Sift together the dry ingredients. Toss in blueberries.
Stir in mixture of egg, milk, oil and rind. For perfect muffins, do not overmix.
Batter should look lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle tops with little powdered sugar.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until muffins are puffed and golden.
Run a knife around inside of each loosen muffins at once.
Makes 12 muffins.
