Mix sugar, oleo and eggs. Then add brown sugar, salt, pet milk, soda, flavoring, then mix with dry ingredients of flour, nutmeg and cream of tartar.
Use more nutmeg if using more flour. Use cookie cutters for shapes.
Bake at 350Β° for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack.
Frost when cool.
