Mix cake mix, 1 box pudding, oil, eggs, club soda and nuts. Grease and flour tube pan at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool. Beat Dream Whip until stiff peaks form.
Fold in other box of pudding.
Put on cake and refrigerate.
