Vicki's Coffee Cake
Vicki'S Coffee Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2/3 c. brown sugar, 2/3 c. flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 4 tbsp. margarine and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream the margarine, cream cheese and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with crumb topping.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
