Versie'S Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 3 drops red food coloring and 3 tbsp. strawberry gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and food coloring.
Cook until clear and thick.
Stir constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add gelatin.
Cool until almost begins to thicken.

Pour glaze over berries when mixture is cooled.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries.
