Venison Barbecue Sandwich
Venison Barbecue Sandwich is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium venison roast, 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. chili powder, 3/4 c. water and 1 1/2 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place roast in pan and cover with water.
Cover and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and boil 1 hour.
Remove roast from pan and flake meat, using fork and knife.
Mix meat with catsup, Worcestershire sauce, corn syrup, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Add water to barbecue mix and cook at low heat 30 minutes, stirring often, until liquid is absorbed.
Serve on buns.
