Vegetable Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans pillsbury crescent rolls, 1 pkg. hidden valley ranch dressing, various vegetables, chopped (broccoli, tomatoes, celery, cauliflower, onions, olives and carrots), shredded cheese and 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. On cookie sheet, unroll crescent rolls.
Flatten and bake as directed; cool.
Mix together cream cheese, Miracle Whip and Ranch dressing.
Spread over crescent rolls.
