Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked and drained, 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 3 ingredients; place in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Heat soup, sour cream, salt and pepper and pour over vegetables.
Top casserole with crushed cracker crumbs.
