Vacuum Cleaner Cookies
Vacuum Cleaner Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. melted margarine, 1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding), 3 eggs, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 lb. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine margarine, cake mix and 1 egg.
Stir until moist.
Pat mixture into bottom of a well-greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Beat 2 eggs lightly. Beat in cream cheese and powdered sugar. Stir in coconut and nuts.
Pour over mixture in jelly roll pan, spreading evenly. Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool pan on rack.
Makes 4 dozen bars.
