Ugly Duckling Pudding Cake
Ugly Duckling Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jell-o lemon instant pudding and pie filling, 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, including the syrup, 1 c. baker's angel flake coconut and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Blend all ingredients (except brown sugar and nuts) for 4 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed and pulls away from sides of pan.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then spoon hot butter glaze over warm cake.
Serve with Cool Whip.
