Trivillian's Colombian White Chili
Trivillian'S Colombian White Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. cooked great northern beans, drained, 1 c. chopped, cooked onions, 2 c. chicken broth, 1 handful cilantro (stems and leaves are okay) and 2 tsp. ground cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Drain cooked beans; add chicken broth.
Saute chopped onions; add chopped cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, cloves and cayenne. Add to beans, bring to a simmer and cook a few minutes.
Add oregano and chilies last (they darken if added earlier).
Stir in chicken pieces.
Heat through.
