Tortilla Roll-Ups
Tortilla Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. sour cream, 4 oz. diced green chilies, 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated, dash of garlic powder and 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Fold together the sour cream, cream cheese, chilies, olives, onions and garlic powder.
Smear on flour tortillas and roll into a log.
Cover individually with foil and refrigerate overnight to set.
Cut into pinwheels or 2-inch sections.
