Combine soup, milk, chilies and onion in a large bowl. Dip half the tortillas in soup mixture, then place in 9-inch round casserole. Sprinkle with 3/4 of the cheese.
Dip remaining tortillas in the soup mixture and place in casserole. Pour remainder of soup mixture over the casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 35 minutes.
