Tomato Rice Pilaf
Tomato Rice Pilaf is an easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. butter, 1 lb. rice, 1 tsp. salt, 1 oz. onions, chopped and 1 qt. chicken stock (hot), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add onions; saute until transparent. Add rice; saute about 5 minutes, stirring often.
Add hot chicken stock, tomatoes and salt.
Cover tightly; bake at 350Β° for 18 to 20 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is dry and fluffy.
(May be served in scooped out tomatoes.)
