Tomatillo Salsa
Tomatillo Salsa is an impressive Mexican dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with c. jusked, diced tomatillos, c. diced sweet red pepper, c. diced sweet yellow pepper, c. diced onion and . white wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine diced tomatillos, sweet red pepper, yellow pepper and onion in a large glass bowl.
Stir well. Add vinegar, sugar and juices; stir well to combine.
Stir in cilantro, cumin and red pepper. Stir well again to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve salsa with unsalted tortilla chips, beef, pork or chicken.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
